Our Cottages

Marcia's Cottages, all in Natchez Historic District, is a collection of properties that Marcia and John McCullough have restored or built since 2005. They all have lovely indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces and are designed for family and friends to gather, relax and enjoy their visit to historic Natchez. All the houses have been decorated by Marcia with lovely antiques, and they are equipped with all one might need for a memorable stay.

Clairmont Cottage

Completed in 2009, this house is clustered with Savannah, Elmsley and Marcia's Cottage. It is a four bedroom, four and one half bath with all the conveniences of your home.

Savannah Cottage

This stately townhouse was built and opened in 2009. Although it was new construction, much of the materials used were from old Natchez structures.

This 1852 Planter's Cottage is on the National Register and was the winner of the 2008 Historic Natchez Foundation Award for Restoration.

Evergreen Cottage

This 1900 Victorian cottage was restored in 2010 and opened in November of that year. It is unique in that it faces the historic cemetery and the back of the property overlooks the Mississippi River.

Built in 1904 and remodeled in 2007, this turn of the century townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from the city center.

Marcia's Cottage

The original Marcia's Cottage! This small cottage was totally renovated in 2011. It is a deluxe one bedroom suite just perfect for a romantic getaway.
